Fabrication and surface treatment

Fabrication detailing is based on approved drawings. Steel grades, connection requirements and any painting or galvanizing system are reviewed and agreed before production. Remote technical support is available for supplied components; local approvals and site construction are handled by the appointed project teams.

Inspection and documentation

Agree the applicable standards, dimensional and weld inspection requirements, acceptance criteria and required material documentation during scope review. Inspection methods and records depend on the agreed package.

Packing and delivery

Component identification, packing lists, package sizes and shipping arrangements are coordinated with the agreed supply scope and destination. Lead time is confirmed after drawing, quantity and production-slot review.

Information for a quotation

Approved drawings, building dimensions, spans, quantities, material requirements and project location. Include surface treatment, destination port, trade terms and intended purchase timing.
